Media Invitation: SAPS to deploy additional resources to address gang-related violence and crime in Gauteng communities

SOPHIATOWN – The Deputy National Commissioner responsible for Visible Policing in the SAPS, Lieutenant General Tebello Mosikili together with the Deputy National Commissioner of Crime Detection, Lieutenant General Sibiya will brief the media on interventions that will be put in place to address gang related violence and crime in a number of communities including Westbury, Eldorado Park, Newclare, Claremont, Riverlea, and Noordgesig.

The Provincial Commissioner of Gauteng, Lieutenant General Tommy Mthombeni will also form part of the briefing.
