Media Invite EASTERN CAPE – The National Commissioner of the SAPS, General Fannie Masemola will officiate over proceedings at the funeral of Constable Moyikwa. Constable Ayanda Moyikwa wa shot and killed on his way to work. He noticed a robbery in progress and responded In Mfuleni, Cape Town. Joining the National Commissioner will be the Deputy National Commissioner Policing, Lt Gen Mosikili, the Provincial Commissioner of EC, Lt General Mene and the Provincial Commissioner of WC, Lt Gen Patekile.
