Media Invitation: Provincial Commissioner of SAPS in KwaZulu-Natal to brief the media on the latest update on the state of safety and security in the province

DURBAN – The Provincial Commissioner of KwaZulu-Natal Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi is currently taking off on a police helicopter to monitor deployments from the skies and fly over some voting stations which were classified as high risk. Both SAPS and SANDF helicopters will fly over the eThekwini District as a show of force.

Upon landing, the Provincial Commissioner will brief the media on the latest update on the state of safety and security in the province, as well as adjusted plans for the reminder of the day and beyond.
