Julius Malema, the Commander-in-Chief of the EFF, expressed strong support for General Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, stating that the party stands firmly against crime and will never allow Mkhwanazi’s removal.
Malema went on to claim that the charges against Mkhwanazi were not coincidental but part of an effort to undermine his position.
According to Malema, Mkhwanazi was about to arrest the Minister of Police, which is believed to be the reason behind the charges a move designed to destabilize him.
