Madlanga Commission Postpones Khan’s In-Camera Testimony
The MadlangaCommission has postponed the in-camera testimony of Major-General Feroz Khan, the former deputy head of SAPS Crime Intelligence, after he appeared remotely today, Tuesday morning.
The commission said Khan could not proceed because a family member was killed in a shooting on the R21 in Gauteng on Monday night.
A new date for his testimony has not yet been set.
Khan’s evidence has been delayed repeatedly since he was shot in Houghton in June, days before he was first due to testify.
The commission has also ordered criminal charges over an earlier failure to appear.
