This evening, the MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Reverend Musa Zondi, attended a Reception Gala Dinner hosted by KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Mr Thamsanqa Ntuli in honour of the Most Reverend Dr Thabo Makgoba, Archbishop of Cape Town and Primate of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa.
Premier Ntuli convened the dinner, which was held in Durban, as part of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government’s broader initiative to strengthen partnerships with faith-based organisations and other key stakeholders in addressing social ills and advancing the moral regeneration agenda.

“I particularly draw inspiration from Archbishop Makgoba’s emphasis on ethical governance and social justice, values that resonate with our provincial priorities of driving inclusive economic growth, reducing poverty, and building a capable, ethical, and developmental state,” said the Premier during his address.
