Kathu murder and business robbery suspects appear briefly in court

NORTHERN CAPE – The two male suspects, Kgotso Gaobuse (19) and Mosimanegape Bloem (41) appeared briefly in the Kathu Magistrates’ Court in connection with the murder of Mohammed Ferazi (31) and the robbery of the tuckshop he was employed at in Kathu.

The murder and business robbery incident took place in Kathu on 08 October 2024 at about 12:45.

The 31-year-old male shop employee was attacked during the business robbery and suffered fatal head and body injuries.

The case is postponed until 15 October 2024, and the suspects will remain in custody.
