Johannesburg High Court postpones sentencing for Chinese nationals in exploitation and trafficking case
The Johannesburg High Court has postponed the sentencing of seven Chinese nationals and their company, Beautiful City (PTY) Ltd, following their conviction for severe labour exploitation and human trafficking last month. .
The case will return on 29 and 30 April for sentencing proceedings for the sixth accused, Dai Hunting (63).
Dai Hunting, currently out on bail for medical reasons, is required to report weekly to the Booysens Police Station until the next hearing.
