As the regional leader in umhlathuze, Ethan Ramkuar a community activist of note took on such matter reporting the decision of the spp to the director of public prosecutions kzn, we have received a feedback from the director stating the case has being re enrolled and evidence must be submitted.
We will gladly submit evidence as the regional leader I have being targeted in a baseless accusation by the very same court and prosecutors, it seems law only applies to some people not all depends on affiliation.
As an organization we watch with sadness how these laws favor criminals over the masses.
