Islamic state of africa appeal struck off by IEC
The Islamic state of africa non profit organization notes the decision of the IEC, that the appeal we submitted was rejected by the IEC.
We respect the process but disagree with such judgment from IEC.
The Islamic state of africa non profit organization applied to be a political party and was rejected. We are not backing down, we are consulting our leaders and executive including our attorneys we are deliberating on whether to approach the High court or deliberate on other possible ways forward.
Our democracy allows us to challenge decisions of any institutions if we feel the need to, and allow the courts to make a decision.
Until then, the work of the Isa organization continues.
