WESTERN CAPE – Wynberg police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate the family of a deceased person as depicted in the attached photograph, identified as Clarence Jack van Rooyen.

An appeal is hereby made to anyone who may have information regarding the whereabouts of his family to contact the investigating officer Detective Sergeant Collin Naude on 079 894 0140, alternatively Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
