Mmatjanyana Gladys Matitoane, 53, and Lucas Lefu Tseki, 42 are administrators of Southern Place Group (Pty) Ltd and have joined Harvey Sicelo Buthelezi, 50, for defrauding the Industrial Development Corporation.
Buthelezi is a director for Energy Fabrication (Pty) Ltd. The two firms launched into a three way partnership in 2017.
But the Hawks investigation revealed that the administrators had allegedly approached the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) for a R185 million mortgage, mentioned Hawks spokesperson Captain Lloyd Ramovha.
