Media Statement CAPE TOWN – Ravensmead police is seeking the assistance of the public to trace four unidentified suspects who unlawfully entered a business premises near Cape Town International Airport and fled with precious metals in the early hours of Saturday 25 January 2025. Reports suggested that the persons of interest illegally gained entrance to the premises by destroying the existing fence. They entered the cargo section of the business premises and laid the hands on a set of keys, which was left unattended by security personnel. They proceeded to open the vault and emerged with bags containing precious metals. The suspects wore balaclavas and had their hands covered with gloves. They fled the scene in an undisclosed direction.
