Football.com TV Launches Globally with South African Voices and José Mourinho
A new global 24/7 digital network dedicated entirely to football debate, news, and stories has officially launched.
Named Football.com TV, the network is built by Sporty Group to serve a global generation of fans, streaming continuously on YouTube without advertisement breaks or conventional programming restrictions.
The network features a massive lineup of over 150 presenters, journalists, pundits, and content creators across five continents.
Notably, world-renowned football manager José Mourinho joins the platform as its global ambassador to help introduce the network and inject his characteristic knowledge, personality, and strong opinions into the programming.
Football.com TV is positioning itself heavily around regional passion, highlight including prominent South African voices in its permanent lineup. Local pundits Emilio Hartogh, Jay Mngomezulu, and Tanaka Mhundawa are among the key figures joining the network.
Operating from major hubs, these South African analysts will bring their local humor, opinions, and deep-seated football loyalties into real-time debates alongside global counterparts in London, Madrid, Lagos, and Nairobi.
The network aims to bridge global time zones, recognizing that football conversations never stop.
Whether fans are discussing a Saturday afternoon Premier League kick-off, a late-night Champions League match, or domestic rivalries the morning after, the network is designed to remain live through it all.
“South African fans watched their team make history this year on the biggest stage,” noted Gallego, VP of Media, Marketing and Business Development at Sporty Group, emphasizing that African fanbases are more vocal than ever and deserve a dedicated global platform.
