COURT ORDERS MORDA TO REPLACE BLACK MOTION EQUIPMENT
On Wednesday, followers had been shocked and saddened by Black Motion’s social media posts which confirmed the court verdict, a damaged door and broken studio gear.
The court letter states, in a matter between Spirit Motion (applicant) and Bongani Robert Mohosana (responded), that Morda has to exchange the studio gear owned by the music group.
“The respondent is to restore possession of the recording studio apparatus (listed in annexure A of the court order) to the applicant by no later than Friday, 13 January 2023 at 17:00.”
Accompanying the photographs in a cryptic caption that reads: “Tick – Tock. ‘Always enter like a kitten and leave like a lion. But NEVER enter like a lion and leave like a kitten. Always be humble’.”
FANS DEFEND DJ ZINHLE
As per the Twitter norm, DJ Zinhle — who shares daughter Asante with Woza Sambe producer — was used as scapegoat within the court battle and drama.
Trolls blame Zinhle for the rift between Morda and his former group member Thabo “Smol” Mabogwane, inflicting the duo to separate. Some tweeps have stated that Black Motion was doing nice earlier than the Umlilo hitmaker got here into Morda’s life.
However, her followers will not be having it as they’ve defended her from the trolls.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
The verdict comes one month after Gauteng SAPS spokesperson Colonel Noxolo Kweza confirmed to The South African {that a} case of theft and burglary was opened in opposition to Morda.
A supply who spoke to Sunday World revealed that Morda was accused — by his former file label boss, Moses Nkia Mokgoko — of breaking into the group’s Centurion home on 15 December.
The supply alleged that Morda stole studio screens, a tv set, pc exhausting drives and mixing desk from the home which the Black Motion use as an workplace and studio.
It was reported that Black Motion found a compelled entry and it had not been the primary time.
“This is just not the primary time he did this. Just a few weeks in the past, he allegedly went to the home and trashed it. He then went into the studio and allegedly deleted a number of the songs Smol and Problem Child had recorded. Thereafter he allegedly took Thabo’s passport and left.
“After some discussions with him they decided to let it slide and not press charges. They instead changed the door locks,” stated the supply.
The fued begin in October when the Woza Sambe DJ qllegedly vacated the home he co-owns with Mokgoko and his former group member Thabo Smol.
Morda reportedly moved in along with his spouse DJ Zinhle when he went solo in October and was changed by Kabelo “Problem Child” Koma — who now joins Thabo Smol because the second member of Black Motion.
It seems Morda was not pleased with Spirit Motion and Black Motion’s determination to exchange him, as he informed Kaya 959 in November that he was not made conscious of the choice.
