Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla is set to appear before the Durban High Court tomorrow, March 20, 2025, at 10h00 AM.
This follows her initial appearance at the Durban Magistrate’s Court on January 30, 2025, where she was released with a warning.
The case has since been escalated to the High Court for further proceedings.
She faces charges under the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act (POCDATARA) and is accused of incitement to commit violence in connection with the July 2021 unrest in South Africa.
The MK Party has called on its supporters to attend the hearing, adding to the case’s growing public interest.
