An official on the Department of Transport is refusing to obtain a subpoena to testify in a fraud matter which implicates her employer.

The official is to seem in courtroom on Monday for contempt of courtroom, stated the Hawks.

The official has been subpoenaed to testify in a fraud case which entails the Department of Transport.

WITNESS BLATANTLY REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH SUBPOENA TO TESTIFY

COURT POSTPONES THE CASE DUE TO HER FAILURE TO ATTEND AND TESTIFY

On 25 July, when she was anticipated to testify, the girl failed to attend the courtroom case.

“The Magistrate issued a warrant for her arrest on that day. On 12 August 2022, she was arrested pending her first court appearance.”

The girl has remained in custody since Friday and can seem on the Middelburg Commercial Crime Court.
