At the time of her death, Lisa was an associate at Billy Gundelfinger Attorneys.
Away from her professional career, she was known publicly as the wife of Danny K, one of South Africa’s established pop and R&B musicians.

Danny K, whose real name is Daniel Koppel, and Lisa married in 2012 at Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West.
The couple had two sons, Jayden and Kyle.
Danny K has enjoyed a long career in South African music and has won multiple South African Music Awards. He is known for songs including “Hurt So Bad” and for collaborations with some of the country’s best known musicians, including the late Mandoza.
