Brigitte Mabandla Justice College to sign memoranda of understanding with key stakeholders

Brigitte Mabandla Justice College (BMJC) will on 22 August 2024, sign Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with several key stakeholders. This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships that will address skills and operational challenges within the justice system.
The MOU will be signed between Brigitte Mabandla Justice College and Safety and Security Sector Education Training Authority (SASSETA), Public Service Education and Training Authority (PSETA), Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Institutions of Higher Learning.
The signing of these MOUs marks a significant step in the college’s transformation into leading institution for legal education, enhance legal education and cyberforensic development, exchange of expertise and capacity building in South Africa. These strategic partnerships will establish a structured framework for collaboration, driving innovation and the development of tailored training programs that will meet the specific needs of the legal and justice sectors.
Through these collaborations, the college aims to foster research and innovation, and ultimately strengthen overall legal framework in South Africa.
