BREAKING NEWS GAGASH BAIL APPEAL SET FOR 21 OCTOBER!

TMPD Constable Peter Nonyane, popularly known as Gagash, and his wife, suspended attorney Charlotte Tibana, will have their bail appeal heard at the Polokwane High Court on 21 October 2026.

The couple remain behind bars in connection with an alleged multimillion-rand estate fraud and money-laundering case.

Their two alleged accomplices, Ririkwembu Tibana and Jabulani Maluleke, have already been granted bail of R60,000 each.
