Delvis Stifler Louw – the mother-in-law of Andile Mpisane is embroiled in a R40 000 dispute with designer FabroSanz Creations, after she alleges they bought her a “dirty dress”.
The businesswoman – mother of Tamia Mpisane – shared her disdain for her buying expertise on the native designer in a social media rant.
FabroSanz has dressed quite a lot of celebrities, together with former Miss South Africa winners like Zozibini Tunzi and Shudu Musida.
ANDILE MPISANE’S MIL IN DRESS DISPUTE
According to her social media posts, Delvis spent R43 000 on a dress and a hat at Fabrosanz’s Sandton department final week.
However, she quickly found that the dress was “dirty” and tried to return it.
But this was met with contempt from the shop, who disputed her request for a money refund, claims City Press. In reality, FabroSanz proprietor Sandi Mazibuko advised the publication that Andile Mpisane’s mother-in-law was being “dramatic”.

Delvis claimed on Instagram that the Nelson Mandela Square retailer disputed her model of occasions.
She vented: “They say it’s soiled. I didn’t take it out of the buying bag after shopping for it. It was taken off their model, so how precisely did I soiled it? I didn’t even strive that specific dress on.
“So, how precisely did I soiled the dress that I didn’t even put on? They try all the pieces and something to get out of giving me a money refund due to ‘their policy’, which isn’t acknowledged wherever in their retailer, is that they offer you a voucher [instead of cash].
She continued: “I don’t need no voucher. I need nothing from that retailer! I left these garments at your store on Friday [last week] and nonetheless haven’t acquired a name from them.
“Mind you, they didn’t even give me a receipt. They just asked for my email address, so the only proof of purchase I had was the speed point slip”.

FABROSANZ RESPONDS
Following the social media rant, the shop rapidly moved to resolve the difficulty, regardless of their contradicting refund coverage.
Mazibuko advised City Press: “She [Delvis Louw] got here again to the shop after her [Instagram] submit on Monday and spoke to our retailer supervisor and defined to him [what the problem was] as a result of the woman who assisted her on the time was not there. She mentioned the dress she purchased was soiled, which meant that it was soiled after we bought it to her.

According to FabroSanz’s inventive director, the dress “did not have makeup marks” on it when Louw bought it every week in the past.
Mazibuko added to the publication: “We did not have any proof that the dress was dirty when she bought it. She wanted a refund, and the dress was returned dirty. So, [our policy says] we don’t refund if the dress is returned in a non-saleable condition. But we were advised to just refund her because the assistant who assisted her was not there and is no longer working for us”.
TAMIA MPISANE’S PARENTS
Like Andile Mpisane, Tamia comes from a household financially invested in a soccer membership – Richards Bay FC to be exact.
The mother-of-one was lately appointed by her mother-in-law Shauwn Mkhize aka “MaMkhize” because the Deputy Chairperson of the Royal AM Ladies soccer staff.
According to True Love, the 25-year-old is the eldest youngster and has two youthful siblings. Whilst her mom Delvis is commonly noticed on her social media account, Tamia Mpisane’s father died when she was a younger lady.
Like MaMkhize, Tamia Mpisane’s mother can be an astute businesswoman and is the CEO of the monetary company Riqueza Holdings.
