The ANC Veterans League says it supports President Cyril Ramaphosa taking the Phala Phala panel report on review, arguing that the Constitutional Court judgment did not deal with the substance of the report.
The league said Ramaphosa has raised concerns about alleged legal and factual flaws in the report, which should be tested in court before any impeachment process continues.
