AKA Murder Trial: Case Moved to High Court After Nearly Two Years
The case against five men charged in connection with the murders of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane has been moved to the Durban High Court.
The accused face serious charges including conspiracy to commit murder, illegal possession of a firearm, and money laundering
. The case will resume on May 8, 2025, for their first appearance in the High Court.
The two victims were tragically shot and killed outside a restaurant on Florida Road in Durban nearly two years ago.
