Major clothes retailer Truworths has signed a deal to deal with its new distribution centre at Atterbury Property and Old Mutuals’ King Air Industria growth in Cape Town.
Set for completion in September 2023, the new warehouse will see Truworths’s numerous distribution amenities in Cape Town being consolidated and working below one roof.

Truworths’s CFO Emanuel Cristaudo says that enterprise development enabled the corporate to scout for a bigger state-of-the-art distribution centre to accommodate its future necessities.
The growth’s 53 000m2 preliminary section is comprised of a 3 000m2 workplace and a 50 000m2 warehouse which might broaden to 70 000m2.
