Shebeshxt To Wait For 12 June Judgement
Shebeshxt, better known as Lehlogonolo Chauke, appeared before the said High Court in Polokwane today, Wednesday, 27 May, as he continues his fight for freedom.
He will have to wait a little bit longer to hear if he will be granted bail. But the main thing is that after the Judge raised concerns about alleged AI use in the defence papers.
The star is currently in hot soup with the state, with 20 charges on his rap sheet in his attempted murder case.
However, Wednesday’s Court appearance today was in relation to his bail appeal after Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi denied him bail on the 30th of April.
Shebeshxt’s attorney, Michael Khumalo, approached the Polokwane High Court to present new facts and urgent medical needs for the 31 – year old star.
The defence argued that the magistrate was biased in the previous ruling.
The presiding judge in the matter postponed the matter to 12 June 2026 after raising concerns about alleged AI use in the defence papers.
