Limpopo King of Lemkopo music fate towards his urgent bail application now lies with Judge Godfrey Netshiozwi.
This is after the National Prosecuting Authority ( NPA) has presented its final agreement at the Polokwane magistrate court on Tuesday.
The popular musician known as “Shebe Maburna” is facing three counts of attempted murder, robbery with aggravating circumstances, assault with intent to bodily harm, and possession of unlicensed firearm.
He was arrested in November 2025 for a road rage incident that led to an attempted murder charge.
His attorney, Michael Khumalo, closed his agreement last week Friday ( April 2026), stating that the applicant right kneel screw is allegedly loose and needs medical attention for a surgery.
He also highlighted that his 4-month-old infant and stay in girlfriend could face eviction if not released on bail
The state on Tuesday was straight to the point and reminded Judge Netshiozwi that the applicant was denied bail in December 2025, and all new evidence presented by his legal representative should be put aside.
Judge Netshiozwi will hand over final judgment on Thursday (30 April 2026)
