Previously the prosecution brought an application to declare the state witness(one of the transporters) as hostile in the Phalaphala case. The judgement was not delivered due to unavailability of the interpreter.
Ndilinasho, accused 3 was not in court due to illness. Medical certificate was submitted to the court. Today we are expecting the judgement on trial within a trial. The state is ready to call three witnesses on the main trial.
The trial is scheduled to today(13), 16, 21, 23 January and 2,3, 16 February 2026 for further hearing.
