A 33-year-old man who is a foreign national was arrested after he was found with military explosives in Malvern East, Ekurhuleni District in Gauteng on Friday.
The Anti- Gang Unit members received information regarding a man who he is in possession of explosives.
Saps Spokesperson Captain Mavela Masondo said an operation was conducted and the police pounced on the house and found the suspects with explosives.
“The suspect is expected to appear before Germiston Magistrate Court in due course, facing charges of possession of military explosives,” he said.
