An E-hailing driver, Muzaffar Saib from Phoenix in the North of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) who was reported missing after failing to return home.
Saib, who resided in Whetstone in Phoenix was last seen on Monday at his girlfriend’s residence in Eastbury, Phoenix.
He informed her that he was tired and intended on returning home, however, he never arrived.
Saib’s cellphone was later found to be switched off, and attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.
According to Reaction South Africa Spokesperson Prem Balram , four suspects were arrested by members of the Phoenix SAPS in KZN.
“The suspects pointed Police out to the location where Saib’s body was recovered, in a bushy area between a roadway and Rydalvale Grounds in Rydalvale, Phoenix. Paramedics from the Rusa responded to the scene and declared Saib deceased. Upon assessment, it was confirmed that he sustained stab wounds.
“His silver Datsun Go, which he was driving on the night of his disappearance, was recovered in the possession of one of the suspects,” he said.
