Corrections Process

 • Errors are corrected as soon as they are verified.

 • Substantive corrections include a clearly labelled correction note explaining the change.

 • The original publication date remains visible, with an update timestamp where applicable.

Types of Corrections

 • Minor errors (spelling, grammar, formatting) may be corrected without a formal notice.

 • Substantive errors (facts, names, figures, or context) are corrected with a visible correction statement.

MDNtv does not remove or materially alter published content to conceal mistakes.
