The SIU has obtained an order freezing assets worth R8 million in Polokwane belonging to an Eskom employee (Seroke Mfalapitsa) and his spouse (Ndiyafhi Denge).
The SIU was able to argue that the assets, including a luxury property, were bought using kickbacks from a R54 million Eskom tender.
