The Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit in Maxesibeni, Eastern Cape, is seeking public assistance to locate a man for questioning, following the alleged rape and sexual grooming of a 15-year-old girl in Mbizana between January 2023 and September 2024.
Police are looking for a former educator, Luzuko Khutyiswayo (31), as it is believed he can assist in solving the rape and sexual grooming case of a minor in Mbizana. It is said that Khutyiswayo was last seen in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
