Media Statement TEMBISA – Police request the assistant of the public to identify an unknown body of a female estimated between the age of 35 and 40 years. On 07 February 2025, the police were called to a scene in Maokeng Ext, Tembisa, where the mutilated body of an unknown woman was discovered in a stream by a passer-by. The body was in a severe state of decomposition. The body was then taken to Germiston government mortuary. Anyone with a missing family member is urged to contact Tembisa police on (011) 920-8000 or Detective Warrant Officer Ronnie Rabedzwana on 071 675 6790, alternatively download MySAPS App to report anonymously or call the Crime Stop number 08600 10111.
