Programme Director, what stands out for me in the structure of this importance session is its inclusivity; amongst the great minds that collectively delivered this programme; in our midst, we have Mr Gareth Newman, who participated and led of one the commissions; the voice of the researchers was represented and I certainly hope that public opinion will be shaped differently as we work together to invest in SAPS Human Capital and in building a Capable, Ethical and Developmental state.
Minister, the Commissions deliberated and presented on the following important subjects; ➢ EHW Service Delivery Model, Reporting and Impact Assessment Tools. ➢ Behaviour Modification Interventions and Program Relevance. ➢ Enhancing Organizational health Profile, Behaviour and Conduct. ➢ Conditions of Service ➢ Entry Level Recruitment and Supervisory Services. All important inputs of the commissions were taken into serious consideration, collated and turned into progressive conference resolutions that the Minister will be presenting in this gathering shortly. We would like to thank all the participants who gave their ultimate best to this meeting. Your contributions will definitely make a difference. Your legacy will be counted for next decades of policing. Join us again at the Policing Summit that will be led by the Minister in the next few weeks.
