Three suspects have been arrested for murder in Zamdela

ZAMDELA – Three suspects ages 24 to 28, have been arrested for murder in Zamdela after allegedly catching someone breaking into one of the suspects’ home.

On Sunday, 08 December 2024, at about 18:00, the police received a complaint about a person who was assaulted. The police rushed to the scene, and on arrival, they were pointed to the deceased, laying on the ground in one of the suspect’s yard. Emergency services declared the 23-year-old dead.

It is alleged that the deceased broke into one of the suspect’s home and the owner caught him. He assaulted the deceased together with his accomplices.

The three suspects will appear before the Sasolburg Magistrate Court soon.
