Update: Ward Councillor nabbed for fraud allegations

EASTERN CAPE – Thuliswa Jotile (55) the Ward Councillor at Ingquza Hill Local Municipality appeared before the Mthatha Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on 17 October 2024 for fraud allegations. Jotile was released on R2000-00 bail. The matter was remanded to 24 October 2024 for exchange of case documents with her legal representatives. Jotile was arrested by the Hawks on 16 October 2024.
