Media Statement POLOKWANE – A 31-year-old male suspect, Jimmy Sello Mokonyane, appeared before Modimolle Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 10 October 2024, for possession and dealing in drugs. He was remanded in custody until 17 October 2024 for bail application. The suspect was arrested on Wednesday, 09 October 2024, by the members of Waterberg District and Modimolle Public Order Policing (POP) during an intelligence driven operation. The suspect was approached and arrested at his residence in Modimolle location at Ext 08 informal settlement, after he was found in possession of sachets of crystal meth drugs and an undisclosed amount of money. The Provincial Commissioner of Limpopo Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has welcomed the arrest and applauded the members for ridding the Province of drugs. Ends
