Media Invitation: Minister of Police and National Commissioner to attend memorial service for mass shooting victims

EASTERN CAPE – The Minister of Police, Mr Senzo Mchunu, together with the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service (SAPS), General Fannie Masemola will attend the memorial service organised by the Eastern Cape Provincial Government in honour of the 18 individuals who tragically lost their lives in the recent mass shooting incident on Saturday.

This memorial service will be an opportunity for government leaders, law enforcement, families of the victims, and the Lusikisiki community to pay their respects to the deceased, express solidarity with the families, and condemn the violent crime that has deeply affected the community.

The memorial service is scheduled as follows:
