Media Statement NORTHERN CAPE – A 35-year-old company director, Mr Rhulani Innocent Tshuketana and an entity, Ribilwa Trading Enterprise (Pty) LTD were found guilty by the De Aar Regional Court on 29 July 2024 on contravention of Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011. During, March 2020, the accused was appointed by Renosterberg Municipality to supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during Covid 19 outbreak. The Accused received payment from the municipality amounting to R 1 611 455.00, and he failed to submit his Tax returns to South African Revenue Service (SARS). Matter is remanded to Thursday, 08 August 2024 for Sentencing at Kimberley Specialised Commercial Crime Court. Ends
