Media Statement POLOKWANE – Members of the SAPS Provincial Organised Crime in Limpopo arrested a 31-year-old suspect for possession and dealing in drugs, following a swift reaction to intelligence. An operation was initiated at Mookgophong Town on Tuesday, 02 July 2024. It is reported that members accurately tacked and traced the described vehicle, a white Audi A3, and the suspect was found in town at around 13:30. They strategically approached the vehicle with the driver only, searched it, and the suspect was found in possession of black plastic containing packages of various types of drugs such as kat, crystal, and heroine at an estimated street value of R45 000-00 (forty-five thousand rand). The suspect will appear before the local Magistrate’s Court soon facing charges of possession and dealing in drugs.
The Police investigations are still continuing.
