More charges added after forensic results confirmed that human remains are of Thato Tumahole

WELKOM – Forensic results came back on the 30 May 2024 and it was confirmed that the human remains found were indeed those of Thato Tumahole, a Grade 12 learner of Welkom High School who was reported missing.

More charges which have been added against a 22-year-old suspect Mamello Katleho Seape are Murder, Defeating the ends of justice and violating human corpse.

He will appear on the 07 June 2024 to apply for bail in Welkom Magistrate Court.
