Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Bradley Cooper, and Will Ferrell are each funnier than the next – and all in the name of the Super Bowl.
Music and Hollywood’s hottest stars shine in this year’s most coveted Super Bowl LVII adverts, where a 30-second ad can cost up to R107 million ($7 million), as per DailyMail.

BRADLEY COPPER – ‘A PINK FLAMINGO‘
During the hilarious T-Mobile commercial, Bradley Cooper and his mom have viewers in stitches. The Hollywood actor plays the role of a T-Mobile employee while his mother, Gloria Campano (64), portrays a customer.
Perfectly on script, Cooper walks up to his mother, asking: “Hi, how can I help you.”
She veers completely off script and can be heard saying: “I don’t like the way you look.” She later even tells him, “You look like a flamingo in this.”
PETE DAVIDSON ENJOYS HAMM AND BRIE SANDWICH
In another hilarious comedic advert, the former SNL comedian Pete Davidson eats a (Jon) Hamm and Brie (Larson) sandwich for Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
In the advert, Davidson opens a fridge where he sees tiny versions of Hamm and Larson in the fridge next to a bottle of mayonnaise.
“I’m gonna eat you guys,” Davidson says before the screen cuts to a shot of a panini maker making a ham and brie sandwich.
In the next shot, full size Hamm and Larson stand next to Davidson as he bites into his sandwich. “You guys are really delicious,” he says.
DANNY ZUKO IS BACK!
With the help of Scrubs stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison, John Travolta pays homage to the movie that made him a global superstar. The actor channeled his Grease character Danny Zuko for T-Mobile’s Super Bowl Commercial.
See the the trio break out into a revised version of Summer Nights from the iconic 1978 film.
JENNIFER COOLIDGE AS A DOLPHIN
For the e.l.f. cosmetics advert, Jennifer Coolidge finally got the chance to play her ‘dream’ role of a dolphin, MailOnline reports.
In a teaser for the advert, the actress revealed she would love to play the aquatic mammal in her next role.
In the brand’s Power Grip primer commercial, Coolidge opens up a PR package, saying: “I love presents! Get ready for prime time!”
The actress applies some of the viral product to her already fully made-up face and can be heard saying: “Oh my gosh! It looks like I came from the sea, I look like a dolphin! Like a baby dolphin!”. She then breaks out in a series of high-pitched squeaks and whistles.
ALICIA SILVERSTONE REVIVES CLUELESS CHARACTER
Actress Alicia Silverstone stepped back in time and into the shoes of her Clueless character, Cher.
During the commercial, Silverstone can be seen marching into a classroom with shopping bags.
“Don’t bug – your girl is back,” she tells the students.
ZOOLANDER MAKES A COMEBACK
Yes, Zoolander made a comeback, just in time for the Super Bowl. Ben Stiller showed off his acting skills in some of the most bizarre characters.
And, of course, the well-known blue steel look is visible.
But, unfortunately, Stiller made it clear in an interview with People that there aren’t any plans for a third Zoolander film.
After introducing himself, Stiller says, “My job as an actor is making you believe what you’re seeing is real.”
SIR ELTON JOHN, A FAN OF THE TRIANGLES
Doritos roped in the big guns. Sir Elton John made a surprise cameo in the brand’s Super Bowl advert alongside Jack Harlow and Missy Elliot.
The singer swaps his iconic piano for a simple triangle, as the world is dazzled by the musical instrument – the shape of Doritos.
In the video, Harlow, who has trouble coming up with a new hit single, drops everything to pursue his love of the triangle. And music’s biggest stars soon follow suit.
AMY SCHUMER GETS RID OF UNWANTED EXES WITH GOOGLE PIXEL
Amy Schumer was among the big names to star in Google Pixel’s multimillion-dollar Super Bowl advert.
When Schumer realised the “magic eraser” feature could delete unwanted people from their images, including photobombers, she went wild on her exes.
NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounpo and Doja Cat were also featured in the advert.
BREAKING BAD COOKS UP POPCORNERS
Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, known for their roles in the hit series Breaking Bad, revived major moments from the show for the new PopCorners Super Bowl LVII commercial.
The clip began with Paul (Jesse) checking out the ‘bomb’ creation that Cranston (Walter) had just cooked up.
Raymond Cruz, who played drug lord Tuco Salamanca also features in the advert.
WILL FERRELL DRIVERS THROUGH POPULAR NETFLIX SERIES
Will Ferrell has teamed up with the General Motors Company (GM) and drives through popular Netflix series scenes, including The Walking Dead, Stranger Things and Bridgerton.
“General Motors is going electric and Netflix is joining in by including more EVs in their movies and shows. It’s the least they can do, ” the Anchorman star says in the first scene of the advert.
