South African DJ and music producer Tumelo Mphai, universally known as DJ Melzi, is rapidly expanding his international footprint.

Following a highly successful month-long tour across China, the acclaimed artist is now gearing up for an exclusive residency in Dubai while preparing to launch highly anticipated music in early 2027.

DJ Melzi recently wrapped up a demanding, month-long schedule of back-to-back performances in two of China’s most vibrant cultural hubs:

Guangzhou and Shanghai. The tour marked a major milestone in his career, giving the South African entertainer a powerful platform to showcase his signature sound to a completely new global audience.

Beyond the turntables, the tour highlighted Melzi’s growing influence in the fashion world.

As a brand ambassador for the contemporary fashion label Vialli, his international presence seamlessly bridged the gap between modern youth culture, style, and music.

The momentum isn’t slowing down. DJ Melzi is currently preparing for his next international destination: Dubai.

He is scheduled to spend two weeks in the city, where a packed lineup of elite club performances will form the core of his schedule.

The upcoming trip represents a strategic opportunity for the artist to connect with Middle Eastern audiences and continue cementing his status on the global entertainment stage.

While international touring remains a massive focus for the producer, his fans back home and across the globe have something else to celebrate.

DJ Melzi has officially confirmed that he is actively working on a brand-new musical catalogue.

The entertainer is planning to release a fresh wave of tracks around Easter 2027.

While further details regarding specific track titles and collaborations are being kept under wraps until closer to the release date, the upcoming project promises to add an exciting new dimension to his rapidly evolving global journey.
