The star power of Pretoria’s premier live music destination is reaching new heights. Ndlala Arena has officially announced the expansion of its highly anticipated Ndlala Grandeur Season 1 this December, extending the festival from four nights to a five-night celebration of R&B royalty.

R&B icons Eric Benét, Chanté Moore, and legendary vocal duo Changing Faces have officially joined the powerhouse lineup alongside the previously announced DVSN and Tamar Braxton.

Scheduled to run from 16 to 20 December 2026, the expanded event promises an unparalleled luxury live-music experience in the heart of South Africa.

The festival will kick off on Wednesday, 16 December 2026, with the vocal powerhouse Tamar Braxton opening the season.

Acclaimed actor and host Ricco Ross will take the reins as the Main Host, steering the star-studded red carpet and main stage events across both the 16th and 17th of December.

On Thursday, 17 December, the stage transforms into a haven of contemporary and classic vocal harmonies, featuring performances by alternative R&B duo DVSN alongside the newly added legendary duo Changing Faces.

The ultimate grand finale will take place on Sunday, 20 December 2026, bringing a double bill of exceptional soul mastery to Pretoria.

Four-time Grammy nominee Eric Benét and the spectacularly gifted Chanté Moore will both take the stage to close out the ambitious season.

Chanté Moore is renowned for her breathtaking vocal range and sophisticated artistry, Moore has been an R&B staple since her debut album Precious. Fans can look forward to timeless classics like “Chante’s Got a Man,” “Straight Up,” and “Old School Lovin’.”

Eric Benét will be bringing decades of smooth storytelling, the Milwaukee-born singer-songwriter is celebrated worldwide for chart-topping hits like “Spend My Life” (with Tamia) and tracks from his acclaimed Hurricane album. Beyond his music, Benét is a respected actor and a passionate philanthropist.

While Changing Faces with a career spanning over 30 years, this iconic female duo continues to captivate generations of listeners with their signature harmonies and enduring contribution to 90s and 2000s contemporary R&B.
