Suspended General Shadrack Sibiya Questions Father’s Motives Over Controversial Sex Video of 16-Year-Old in Court Testimony
Suspended General Shadrack Sibiya testified in court regarding a controversial video involving a 16-year-old child, revealing that the minor’s father initially brought the footage to his attention.
According to Sibiya’s testimony, the father expressed deep distress after discovering a pornographic video of his child.
Despite the two men being seated together at the time, the father forwarded the footage electronically to Sibiya rather than simply playing it from his own device.
When pressed by the court to explain why the father chose to send the file instead of just showing it to him, Sibiya stated he was entirely unsure of the father’s motives.
The court further heard claims that the teenager allegedly harboured a “crush” on the high-ranking official, an allegation the child reportedly admitted to when contacted.
Sibiya told the court that he later questioned the minor about the situation, asking why their father was in possession of such content.
According to Sibiya, the teenager claimed to have no knowledge of the video’s existence and asked to see it. Sibiya subsequently forwarded the footage—which reportedly depicts the minor engaging in inappropriate behaviour—back to the child.
The court proceedings continue to probe the context of the video and the communications between the parties involved.
