South Africa’s Iconic Spring Fiesta Returns for its 16th Edition at Wild Waters
The countdown is officially on for the 16th annual Spring Fiesta, South Africa’s premier celebration of music, culture, and summer.
On Saturday, 3 October 2026, the Wild Waters complex in Ekurhuleni will transform into a massive musical playground, welcoming over 20,000 festival-goers for a full day of non-stop dance and connection.
What started from humble grassroots beginnings has matured into one of the most anticipated dates on the South African entertainment calendar.
To celebrate 16 years of cultural impact, the 2026 festival is turning the volume all the way up with six uniquely themed stages featuring a massive lineup of over 120 local and international artists and DJs.
“Spring Fiesta is about the music, the energy and, most importantly, the people who have been rolling with us from day one,” says Zane Gulston, Head of Talent. “Sixteen years on, we’re still pushing boundaries… The lineup is insane, the energy is unmatched, and we’re ready to make this one for the books.
The event promises an immersive atmosphere that goes far beyond the speakers. Attendees can expect, live performances and exclusive, one-night-only collaborations, curated art installations and surprise pop-up experiences and a diverse selection of local food trucks showcasing regional culinary talent.
The festival spans virtually every major sub-genre of urban dance music, from Amapiano and House to Hip Hop and AfroTech.
