Fourteen people have been shot – with at least eleven dead in KwaMakhutha in Durban in KZN
The community is reeling in disbelief after a man shot fourteen people killing eleven of the in KwaMakhutha township outside Durban in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday night.
All the victims including a pregnant woman – were together at a house in Ziko area before 11pm, when gunmen rushed in and opened fire.
KwaMakhutha SAPS and the eThekwini District Tracing Team are at the scene.
It is likely the matter will be escalated to a provincial unit this morning due to the seriousness of the crime, and the urgency to locate the killers.
